Once again, Stargate SG-1 and Richard Dean Anderson brought home the Spacey Awards! Richard Dean Anderson won the award for Favorite TV Character -- Male and delivered his usual longwinded acceptance speech from a swimming pool wearing scuba gear! Christopher Judge (Teal'c) accepted the award in Vancouver on behalf of Stargate: SG-1 for Favorite Canadian TV Series. Judge teased Ben Browder (who has joined the cast of Stargate for the upcoming Season 9), who was also present on the set that his previous show, Farscape, never won the award.
