
Two-part Stargate SG-1 episode 'Heroes' has been nominated for the prestigious Hugo award, the nominations committee announced today.
The controversial season 7 episodes, written by Robert C. Cooper and directed by Andy Mikita, find themselves up against stiff competition from the pilot episode of Lost and Angel fan favourite episode 'Smile Time' in the Best Dramatic Presentation - Short Form category. The winners will be announced at Worldcon in Glasgow, Scotland on 7th August 2005.
