The triple bill of new episodes of Stargate SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis and Battlestar Galactica, promoted as Sci Fi Friday, continues to be a ratings winner for the channel.
New Stargate SG-1 episode 'Prometheus Unbound', prominently featuring the dynamic duo of Claudia Black (Farscape) and our own Michael Shanks, pulled in a rating of 2.1 (2.5 million viewers), showing a 6% increase over the previous week's episode.
Stargate: Atlantis pulled in an impressive 2.4 rating (2.9 million viewers), closing in on the 2.5 rating (3 million viewers) that Battlestar Galactica achieved. All in all a successful night for the channel, with all three series increasing their audience share and Sci Fi maintaining its position as the number 1 cable channel for the prime Friday evening slot.
