Good ratings for SG and Atlantis returns

New episodes of both Stargate SG-1 and Stargate: Atlantis pulled in good ratings for their new timeslots, reports website the futon critic, with new series Battlestar Galactica beating both of them to top out a successful Friday for the Sci Fi channel.

SG pulled in 2.5 million viewers, narrowly beaten by the new Atlantis episode with 2.6 million, while Galactica built on the ratings success of its premiere with an impressive 2.9 million viewers.
